EASY INSTALLATION

QuickFix Profiles pre-made Letterbox openings come in
flat pack form in a 3-sided configuration. Simply fold out the tracks and apply a mastic bead prior to installation. The board is adhesively gripped to the metal and will require the flanking pieces to be screwed through when installing to the metal studwork. Our boarding work, standardly, comes with 2 layers and in a staggered format to allow internal and external wall boards to meet perfectly without any undulation or gaps for air or fire passage.

Reduced Labour & Programme time – Whilst these items arrive on site pre-made and ready to be installed, our clients have the benefit of using their labour in attending to other items which cannot be brought to site and simply installed.

QUALITY ASSURED CONSTRUCTION

QuickFix Profiles use a machine cutting process for our board works, which is “mm” perfect and offers smooth finished edges. The benefit of the machine cut edges offer zero undulation within the board lengths which from traditionally built Letterboxes, can offer concern for air

or fire testing. Our production team are fully versed on building QuickFix Letterbox details with staggered and sealer plasterboard joints as well as conforming to our stringent Quality Assured check process based on the relevant specifications required.
