DEFLECTION HEADS

OFF THE MOFFIT, STRAIGHT TO THE SOFFIT

QuickFix Profiles deflection heads are pre-made offsite to the client specification requirements, they arrive pallet wrapped and are ready to be installed.

QUALITY ASSURED CONSTRUCTION

QuickFix Profiles use a machine cutting process for our board works, which is “mm” perfect and offers smooth finished edges. The benefit of machine cut edges offer zero undulation within the board lengths which from a traditionally built deflection head can offer concern for air or fire testing. Our production team are fully versed on all manufacturer specifications and build our deflection heads to our stringent Quality Assured check process based on the relevant specification required.

98% REDUCTION IN WASTE MANAGEMENT COSTS

QuickFix Profiles deflection heads arrive at site fully built, the only waste our clients encounter is the off cuts from installing wall lengths.

REDUCED LABOUR

No longer will our clients be required to “camp out”
in a basement or somewhere cutting board & building the deflection heads before they can be used.

DUST AND WASTE REDUCTION

Plasterboard cutting for deflection heads is a vast and dusty undertaking, this is eliminated from the site environment when QuickFix profiles are involved in our client projects, which therefore reduces the need for our client to provide FFP3 Masks & Skil Saws [with extraction equipment] to carry out these tasks. QuickFix Profiles return our plasterboard waste to the manufacturer to better our “circular Economy” impact on the environment.

IMPROVED AIR QUALITY TO SITE ENVIRONMENT

Plasterboard cutting for deflection heads is possibly the largest impact on air quality within the build process for internal fitouts. Using QuickFix Profiles Deflection Heads eliminates the whole process which in turn produces

a significant improvement of “clean Air” to our client’s operatives and the entire site environment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Not only do QuickFix Profiles deflection heads offer an improved Health & Safety standard toward the dust reduction, but by using QuickFix Profiles Deflection heads you eliminate the potential risk of knicks and cuts from using Stanley blades or skil saws when building deflection heads on site.
