QuickFix Profiles use a machine cutting process for our board works, which is “mm” perfect and offers smooth finished edges. The benefit of machine cut edges offer zero undulation within the board lengths which from a traditionally built deflection head can offer concern for air or fire testing. Our production team are fully versed on all manufacturer specifications and build our deflection heads to our stringent Quality Assured check process based on the relevant specification required.

QuickFix Profiles return our plasterboard waste to the manufacturer to better our “circular Economy” impact on the environment.
